Ask a specific question

How long does a luxury garage floor installation take?

Most single- and two-car garages are completed in one working day with our polyaspartic system — grind, basecoat, broadcast, topcoat, all in 8–10 hours. Three- to six-car garages and metallic epoxy installs run 2–4 days. You can walk on the finish in 6–8 hours and park on it in 24 hours. We schedule the install to your calendar, not ours, and protect every adjacent surface during the work.

What does a high-end garage floor cost in Southern California?

Premium polyaspartic and epoxy garage systems in Southern California typically run $7–$14 per square foot installed, depending on substrate condition, system thickness, and decorative complexity. A 500 sq ft two-car garage in 100% solids polyaspartic generally lands between $4,800 and $7,500. Metallic epoxy and full-broadcast quartz finishes price higher. Every quote is itemized — substrate prep, primer, basecoat, broadcast media, topcoat, and warranty are line items, never bundled.

Epoxy or polyaspartic — which one is right for my garage?

Polyaspartic is the better default for SoCal garages: 1-day install, 4× the abrasion resistance of standard epoxy, and a 25-year UV stability rating that resists ambering under sun load through skylights and open doors. Traditional epoxy still wins on chemical resistance for workshop environments and on cost-per-mil for thick decorative builds like metallic and full-broadcast quartz. Most clients choose a hybrid: epoxy basecoat for bond strength, polyaspartic topcoat for cure speed and UV.

What kind of warranty do you offer on residential floors?

Our residential floor systems carry a transferable 15-year warranty on polyaspartic systems and a 10-year warranty on epoxy systems — covering adhesion failure, delamination, peeling, and hot-tire pickup when installed on a substrate that passes our written ASTM F1869 moisture test. Decorative wear (color, sheen) is warrantied for 15 years on aliphatic topcoats. Commercial systems carry a 10-year written warranty calibrated to the use case. Warranty terms, exclusions, and the substrate moisture report are delivered as part of your final closeout package.

Where in Southern California do you install?

We service the full SoCal coastal corridor and inland markets: Orange County (Newport Beach, Laguna, Irvine, Yorba Linda, Coto de Caza), Los Angeles County (Beverly Hills, Pacific Palisades, Calabasas, Hidden Hills, Manhattan Beach), San Diego County (La Jolla, Rancho Santa Fe, Del Mar, Coronado), the Inland Empire (Rancho Cucamonga, Redlands, Temecula), and Ventura County. Out-of-area projects above 2,000 sq ft are evaluated case by case.
