Three honest tiers. The right floor depends on how you use the space, how long you want it to last, and what you want it to look like in five years.
Every tier above includes diamond-grind prep, certified installers, premium-only resins and full moisture testing. The difference is build, decorative depth and lifecycle.

Two identical-looking garages can quote 30% apart. Here's why — and why we measure on-site before we quote.
Larger floors lower cost per sq ft — mobilization, prep equipment and crew are amortized across more area.
Spalls, cracks, oil saturation and prior coatings add prep hours. A pristine slab quotes lower than a 30-year-old garage.
Slabs above 4 lbs MVER need a moisture mitigation primer — a real line item, not an upsell. We test before we quote.
Single-color polyaspartic is fastest. Custom metallic blends, multi-flake broadcasts and inlays add labor and materials.
Hillside garages, gated communities, night-phase commercial installs and HOA staging all influence crew time on-site.
A 10–15 year written warranty requires premium-only resins, documented prep and certified installers. It costs more to deliver.
Reply within two business hours. On-site consult, written specification, and itemized quote — never a high-pressure sales visit.
