An auto dealership runs two completely different floor environments under one roof — showroom needs reflective, brand-on-brand polish; service bay needs chemical, hot-tire and impact resistance. Same building, different specs, often the same install window.
Three engineered options. Final selection drives off your substrate, use and decorative goal.
Substrate, environment, downtime — every spec gets evaluated before product is selected.
Showroom and service bay are quoted as separate systems with a documented transition detail at the threshold.
Crews work 7 p.m.–7 a.m. with light containment. Showroom open for the morning team. Phased over zones if needed.
Aliphatic polyaspartic in service bays — aromatic epoxy will lift under hot tires within months.
Safety striping installed in-coating (not painted on after) for traffic lanes and equipment outlines.
Showroom metallic or pigmented systems can be tuned to OEM color spec where required.
Showroom: 3–5 nights. Service bay: 4–6 nights. Phased so neither zone closes the dealership during business hours.
$5–$14/sq ft depending on zone. Showroom polish at the low end; bay polyaspartic with flake at the mid; metallic showroom at the high end.
Final spec quoted on-site after substrate evaluation.
